Cañada College Athletic Center's Colt Swim School is dedicated to providing students with high-quality instruction that is tailored to their individual needs and level of experience. Whether the student is a beginner or an experienced swimmer, our small group lessons are designed to help your child improve their skills and gain confidence in the water. We strive to keep a fun, safe and engaging learning environment for our students!
Did you know our swim levels are named after small horses? Colts Swim School offers five levels where your child can develop their swimming skills and learn basic strokes. Our requirements of students are ages 3–12 and must be potty trained.

Cañada Masters is an extension program to San Mateo Masters at College of San Mateo Athletic Center and works along with our Cañada Triathlon Team. This program focuses on open water skills, stroke development and making the sport of swimming easier and more fun for every participant. Our swimmers come in all different shapes, sizes and abilities. Experience in competitive swimming is not necessary. We provide structured group workouts, motivation, stroke advice and camaraderie.

MASTERS SWIMMING REGISTRATION SHEETOur highly trained staff comprises some of the most experienced instructors in the industry. All of our instructors are Red Cross certified and have a wide range of swimming and teaching experience. Their backgrounds include participation in collegiate and competitive age-group swimming, triathlons, as well as open water and Masters swimming.
