Hyrox Workouts
Aimed towards those that want to improve dynamic strength alongside cardiovascular fitness. Workouts will include all forms of exercises done in official Hyrox events, including Wall Balls, Rowers, Farmer's Carries, Sandbag Lunges, and more.
Seasonal Workshops
Looking to ramp up for Ski Season? Opting to run outdoors more in the new year? Getting beach body ready? Keep your eyes peeled for seasonal workshops designed and geared towards keeping you in-shape for whatever life throws at you.
Endurance Strength Training
Strengthen your body for optimal endurance with personalized strength training. Our coach will design a workout plan targeting the muscles and energy systems essential for endurance sports, enhancing your overall athletic performance.
We offer two options: single class drop-in ($15) and a recurring monthly contract for full access for $75. Sign Up for Small Group Training Sessions.Cañada Masters is an extension program to San Mateo Masters at College of San Mateo Athletic Center and works along with our Cañada Triathlon Team. This program focuses on open water skills, stroke development and making the sport of swimming easier and more fun for every participant. Our swimmers come in all different shapes, sizes and abilities. Experience in competitive swimming is not necessary. We provide structured group workouts, motivation, stroke advice and camaraderie.
